Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and item you wish to return within 30 days of delivery.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and the included RMA authorization slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Electronics

  Securely pack the item in its original Panasonic packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
